For items weighing 22kg or less, we use Australia Post’s eParcel system. Your parcel will have a barcoded address label, allowing you to track its progress via Australia Post's online tracking tool.

For lighter parcels under 22kg, we use Aramex, which offers affordable and reliable delivery services. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

🔹 Note: Aramex requires a non-PO Box address for delivery.

Allied Express

Parcels weighing over 22kg will be dispatched with Allied Express, one of Australia’s largest independent courier companies. They will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone call.

For parcels under 30kg, we use Team Global Express, known for secure and efficient transportation services across Australia. They also require a non-PO Box address for delivery.
